We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Contact us at info@wandtap.store to initiate a return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Packages sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
Items purchased during special promotional sales, clearance events, or at discounted prices are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or refunds.
